Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within the Netherlands.

For all other destinations, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment online.
