Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Mnaré webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Article 3 – Prices
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Mnaré reserves the right to change prices and offerings. An order is final upon written confirmation by email.

Article 4 – Payment
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered at checkout. Mnaré retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

Article 5 – Delivery
Orders are processed on business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within the Netherlands. In case of delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with Dutch consumer law. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Article 7 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via info@Mnaré.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. In case of a dispute, you may contact the Dutch Disputes Committee (degeschillencommissie.nl).

Article 8 – Applicable law
All agreements with Mnaré are governed by Dutch law.
