Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all tags still attached. If a returned item shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or other use, we reserve the right to apply a value deduction to the refunded amount. We will always inform you of this in advance.

The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, and any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as accessories worn close to the skin, if the hygiene seal has been broken).

How to return

  1. Complete the return form at the bottom of this page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will review your request and email you the return instructions and return address.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in suitable packaging.
  4. Send your parcel to the address provided, and once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mnaré is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@mnare.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
