Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to return
1. Email us at info@Mnaré.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack your item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mnaré is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@Mnaré.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
